Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Great care is given to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment.  If notice is not given it makes it difficult to take on another client who may very well need help.

  • So that you do not feel rushed, please arrive a few minutes early.

  • All appointments require at least 24 hour advanced notice  to be rescheduled or cancelled.

  • Appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours of appointment time will not affect any charges to you.

  • We reserve the right to charge you $40 for appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice or a no call no show.

  • You will be billed automatically.
