Each Serving Size (4 Tablets) contains: Total Carbohydrate <1 g, Calcium 120 mg, Iodine 200 mcg, Magnesium 20 mg. Ingredients: Calcium lactate, kelp, magnesium citrate, organic alfalfa (aerial parts), and calcium stearate.
